* How is our healthcare system dealing with the disabled?
* Why the disabled community is against assisted suicide and euthanasia.  
* How people with disabilities could have a successful, joyful, busy, and meaningful life, when they are given a real chance.

Nolan  Communion Breakfast at the Basking Ridge Country Club in NJ, on the topic of "Why Children Always Should Pursue Their Dreams, No Matter What People Might Say, or How People Might Mock Them, or What Setbacks They Might Have on the Way".


October 2000 - One of the Guest Speakers with Tony Randall and Jerome Hines, for a Charity Gala for the Children's Emergency Medical Fund of NJ at the West Orange Country Club on the topic of "We Must Guard at All Costs Every Child's Right to Dream and to Go for Them"


October 1999 – Guest Speaker for a game of “Buddy Ball”, (soccer for disabled children) in North Brunswick, NJ on the topic of "How Great it is to Pursue Your Dreams"


October 1999 – Keynote Speaker for a fundraiser for an accessible bus for West Orange, NJ on the topic of "The Problems Finding Accessible Transportation for People Who are in Wheelchairs, Even in the Post Americans with Disabilities Act".


July 1999  –  Guest WJRZ radio Jersey Shore. This was an opportunity to outline her goals and aspirations regarding the national pageant. Dawn had an opportunity to discuss "the need for appropriate accommodations at the national pageant for people who have a speech disability".
